TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Information on how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By making a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Claims must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family includes any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
- A participating store is any store located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) (each a “Participating Store”).
- Registration for the offer and claims commence on 21/05/25 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/10/25 (“Claim Period”). Purchases will be accepted from 01/11/24 until 11:59pm AEST on 31/10/25 (“Purchase Period”).
- To be eligible for the Offer, individuals must, register by completing the following steps:
Register - Visit basfharvestrewards.com.au during the Claim Period, follow the prompts to the Grower Registration page, input the requested details to create an account (including but not limited to their Company Name, ABN, Customer ID/NGR card number (if applicable), first name, last name, mobile phone, valid email address and password) and submit the fully completed registration form;
- Purchase both an InVigor Liberty Link canola seed product for sowing (includes only InVigor® LT4530P, InVigor LR3540P, InVigor LR4540P and InVigor LR5040P varieties) and a Liberty herbicide product (“Eligible Products”) from any Participating Store during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Products can be purchased across multiple transactions and do not need to be purchased in a single transaction; and
- Retain the receipt or proof of purchase of the the Eligible Products. If a staff member does not automatically provide the individual with a receipt, it is the responsibility of the individual to request one.
- To claim the Offer, individuals must complete the following steps during the Claim Period:
- Visit https://harvestrewards.basf.com.au and follow the prompts to the claim page;
- Log into the account that has been created;
- Upload a photograph of the proof of purchase for the Eligible Products (for clarity, both the proof of purchase for the InVigor Liberty Link canola seed product and the Liberty herbicide product must be uploaded to be eligible to claim); and
- Submit the fully completed online claim form.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
- Multiple claims may be made, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) claim is permitted for each Qualifying Transaction; and (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with the claim requirements. The maximum total cashback amount that can be claimed is dependent on the amount of InVigor Liberty Link canola seed product purchased in their Qualifying Transaction. For instance, if a claimant purchases 200Kg of InVigor Liberty Link canola seed product, which on average, will sow 100 hectares (based on a minimum sowing rate of 2kg of InVigor Liberty Link canola seed product per hectare), the maximum label rate per hectare is 600 litres of Liberty Herbicide (based on a rate of 3 litres of Liberty Herbicide used in 2 sequential applications per hectare, for a total of 6 litres), and therefore the maximum total cashback amount is permitted to be claimed for such a purchase would be AUD$2,400.
- Claimants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of any or all claims. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Store, the Eligible Products purchased and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to claim.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
- Claimants who submit a valid claim will be entitled to receive $4.00 for every 1 litre of Liberty herbicide product purchased, awarded in the form of either a digital Visa Prepaid Reloadable Card or a physical Visa Prepaid Reloadable Card (“Prepaid Reloadable Card”), depending on the winner’s preferences. If a successful claimant prefers to receive a physical Prepaid Reloadable Card , they will be required to contact iGoDirect directly by either visiting the “contact us” page at https://truerewards.com.au/contact/ or emailing help@truerewards.com.au to request a physical Prepaid Reloadable Card. Otherwise, if a successful claimant has not requested a physical Prepaid Reloadable Card, the successful claimant will be awarded a digital Prepaid Reloadable Card. Physical Prepaid Reloadable Card will be delivered to the successful claimant via their address provided and digital Prepaid Reloadable Card will be sent via email. The total maximum cashback amount that can be claimed is dependent on the amount of InVigor Liberty Link canola seed product purchased in their Qualifying Transaction, as set out in clause 9 above.
- The reward will be awarded to the successful claimants who have a National Growers Registration Account, who may in their absolute discretion, allocate the prize to any individual (even if they do not have a National Grower Register account) that is 18 years or over. The successful claimant who has been awarded the reward must notify the Promoter of any transfer via the online portal and must not transfer the prize without the Promoter’s approval. Approval of the transfer is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and the Promoter is not liable for any errors in the transfer of the prize to any other individual.
- The Prepaid Reloadable Card is issued by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd and terms and conditions apply. The Reloadable Prepaid Card will be delivered or sent to the successful claimant within twenty (20) business days. In order to use a Prepaid Reloadable Card, individuals must register as the cardholder of the Prepaid Reloadable Card in accordance with the instructions provided and upon registration, the Prepaid Reloadable Card will be activated. The Prepaid Reloadable Card is a reloadable Visa card, and the cardholder may load value onto the Prepaid Reloadable Card, subject to the applicable load limits as detailed in the Prepaid Reloadable Card Terms and Conditions. The digital Prepaid Reloadable Card may be added to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay mobile applications that store the digital Prepaid Reloadable Card as a tokenised card. Digital Prepaid Reloadable Cards are valid for two (2) years from activation and the physical Prepaid Reloadable Cards are valid for two (2) years from production (or will expire on the date as displayed on the face of the physical Prepaid Reloadable Card). If there is any unused balance on a Prepaid Reloadable Card after the Prepaid Reloadable Card has expired, any unused balance on the Prepaid Reloadable Card will be automatically rolled over onto the new replacement card and will be valid for an additional two (2) year period. Prepaid Reloadable Cards that have been activated and/or partially spent are not eligible for refund, credit or transfer. IGoDirect is not liable for lost/stolen Prepaid Reloadable Cards. Cardholders who claim that their Prepaid Reloadable Card is lost/stolen should escalate the matter to Card Services on 1800 446 347 for investigation. Replacement cards for Prepaid Reloadable Cards will be provided by iGoDirect to approved cardholders at a cost of $12.95 per Prepaid Reloadable Card. IGoDirect will make its best efforts to periodically remind customers who have claimed and received Prepaid Reloadable Cards (either digital or physical) to activate and utilise any unused balance they have remaining on their card(s) prior to the expiry of the card. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prepaid Reloadable Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Prepaid Reloadable Card will not be awarded as cash.
- Successful claimants will be notified by email.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If for any reason a claimant does not redeem a reward by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the reward will be forfeited.
- If any reward is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.
- Rewards, or any unused portion of a reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
- If this offer is disrupted or cannot be conducted as anticipated for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, pandemic, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) disqualify any or all claimants; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer.
- Any cost associated with accessing the offer website, or any other website related to the offer, is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation to the reward value stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a reward.
- The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, reward suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.basf.com/au/en/legal/data-protection. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the offer claimants’ consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
